Around Town: JP Footlight Club, Oscar Micheaux Family Theater, Boston’s Playwright Marathon

Jamaica Plain’s Footlight Club, the oldest community theater group in the country, prepares for a performance of ‘Our Town'. The Oscar Micheaux Family Theater presents an original play by Haywood Fennell, based on the life of Marian Anderson. Boston’s Playwright’s Theater presents their annual ‘Marathon’ of short original plays.
