Open Door Radio is a monthly show highlighting the work of disabled artists, creatives and culture workers in the Boston area and surrounding communities. Episodes will include interviews with both professional and student artists as well as share highlights about the disabled creative community. Open Door Arts is a Boston-based organization that increases access, participation, and representation of people with disabilities in the arts. In our first episode, DJ Mehdward and Megan Bent, artist, educator, and Gallery Communications Manager at Open Door Arts, discuss the Open Door Gallery, Open Door Arts' gallery solely for disabled artists inside the Worcester Art Museum.
