According to the Boston Globe, Harvard University's doubling its financial contribution to West Station, near the current site of the Mass Turnpike. State officials recently put off construction until 2040. Turning to another transportation hub, in Jamaica Plain, as of tomorrow morning, drivers will start using the final traffic configuration for the Casey-Arborway project. If you're heading west on the Arborway near Forest Hills Station, there will be no more left turns toward Roslindale onto South Street. UMass Boston's putting some valuable waterfront property on the market, next to its Harbor Campus in Dorchester. According to the Globe, the twenty acres around the former site of the Bayside Expo Center could fetch at least two hundred million dollars.
